To complete a project application the Application form, the requested documents, and the contact and bank information have to be submitted.
Add contact and bank information
The “Contact & Bank information” section will be available on the dashboard as soon as the Application form has been submitted. Please click on “Contact & Bank information” on the dashboard:
Add project’s contact information
- Click on the tab “Project contacts”
- Every project must name at least one project manager, one financial manager and one communication manager under “obligatory main contacts”. One person can have several positions.
In addition, key data of other project contact persons can be listed under “additional contacts” and the project’s social media channels can be included under “social media”.
Add bank information
- Click on the tab “Bank information” (if applicable)
- Enter all necessary data
- Click the “Save” button in the upper left corner.
Add bank information for an additional bank account
To create an additional account, e.g. for the administration of Norwegian funding, please click “+ Bank account” at the bottom of the subpage “Bank information” (see F.3):

- Click on the relevant partner row or “+ Add beneficial owner” (in case there are several beneficial owners per partner) to enter the details of beneficial owners of project partners incl. the lead partner. - Click on the tab “Associated organisation contacts”
- Click on “+ Add contact” to enter the contact details of associated organisations. Every associated organisation must name one legal representative and one contact person. One person can have several positions.
Submit contact and bank information
- When all the sub-sections of the Contact & Bank information have been filled and without errors (with green tick marks), the submit button becomes available.
- Click on “Submit”
Please note that after the initial submission (by the set deadline), the “Contact and bank information” section can be updated and re-sent to the MA/JS at any time. Only the latest version of the section will be visible to projects and the MA/JS. To add a new version of the Contact & Bank information, press the button "+Contact & Bank information".
Edit contact and bank information
- Click on “contact and bank information” on the dashboard
- Click "+ Contact & Bank Information" on the upper part of the screen to create a new version of your “contact and bank information”
- Edit your data and submit it when ready
