Partner reports can be created by the Lead Partner via the Partner Report Management section found on the project dashboard under “Project reporting”.

Generate partner reports

Under the tab “Generate PPR”, the Lead Partner can generate partner reports for all partners:

  1. Tick the boxes for the partners you wish to generate partner reports.
  2. Press “+Generate Partner Reports”.

Import partner reports

Once the partners have submitted their partner reports, the partner reports will appear under “Import PPR” (please note: progress report needs to be available for editing on the Dashboard; progress reports are initialised by the staff of the MA/JS). In this section, the Lead Partner can choose the partners whose partner report they wish to include in the Progress Report.

  1. Tick the boxes for the partners whose partner report you wish to import to the progress report.
  2. Press “+Import”

The list of imported partner reports will be visible under the progress report tab “11. Imported partner reports”.

Remove partner reports

In some cases, the Lead Partner might decide to remove the partner report from the current progress report. All partner reports already included in the progress report will appear under “Remove PPR”. In this section, the Lead Partner can choose the partners whose partner report they wish to remove from the Progress Report.

  1. Tick the boxes for the partners whose partner report you wish to remove from the progress report.
  2. Press “+Remove”

Access to partner reports

For partner organisation user(s) to get access to their Partner Report pages, the Lead Partner needs to add the partner organisation user(s) to the Partners’ pages.

  1. From the top menu, choose “Partners”
  2. Choose a partner organisation from the list
  3. On the Partner page, add users under “Partner Users” by pressing the button “Modify Partner Users”
  4. Partner users with Read + Write + Submit rights can give access to further users.

To read more about the different roles, please visit: Roles.

Important! Lead Partners will also need to give themselves additional Read + Write + Submit rights on the Partner Report level to be able to edit and submit their own partner reports.

Partner reports can be found on the partner pages’ dashboard under “Project Partner Reports”.

Please note that all email addresses should consist of lower cases letters only.

Please note that new user rights only become valid after a new login.

Submit partner report

Editable partner reports will be listed on the partners’ dashboard, under Project Partner Reports with the status “open”.

After you have validated all your data and only green ticks are shown in the menu, you can submit your reporting form. For this, you have to go to the “Submission” section, where you can press the “Submit” button which transmits your partner report form to the Lead Partner.

Please be aware that after submitting the partner report, you will not be able to edit it until it is sent back to you by the Lead Partner for adjustments/corrections.

Certification of partner report

Partner reports with real costs will be certified by controllers after submission. The certificate will be visible under the section “C.Certificate” in the partner report.

Print partner report form

As BAMOS+ is an online system fulfilling the request by the European Commission to reduce the amount of paper used in administrative processes, there is no printing function for the partner report. Please give access to your partner report data to users in your organisation as needed and/or copy and paste text from the form to another electronic document.
